About me

Jianbin Fang is a computer research scientist within the Compiler Laboratory at National University of Defense Technology, China. He has received a BSc degree in Computer Science from Central South University, China in 2007, and a MSc degree in Computer Science from National University of Defense Technology, China in 2009. In October 2014, he earned his PhD degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, under the supervision of Prof. Henk Sips and Dr. Ana Lucia Varbanescu.

His research interests are compiler implementation and optimization, parallel programming for many-cores, performance analysis and modeling for parallel programs, and parallel algorithms. Currently, his focus is on the performance analysis and modeling on many-cores with statistical learning.
